Step 1: New Client Consult
Scheduling a time to chat with a Pro is easy, using our website to schedule a day/time that is most convenient for you.
Once scheduled this will be an opportunity to give us insight into your business, your needs, your wants, and your end goals.
Is there something you are struggling with? A financial/operational goal you are trying to meet? A feature that your friend's business has that you wish yours did? A loan or grant that you need accurate financials to qualify for? Let us know!
Are you doing things the only way you know how, but you know there must be a better way?? We are here to help!
Step 2: Preliminary Review (existing QBO Users)
Upon the completion of our call, we will request access to your existing accounting file.
No file? No problem! We will start from scratch in Step 3.
However, if you have an existing file we will review the transaction history, activated features, integrated apps, chart of accounts, and reconciliation history so that we can best advise you on next steps to get you caught up...cleaned up...and compliant!
Step 3: Proposal of Service - Set Up/Tune Up
With our consultation and preliminary review complete it is time to put together a game plan.
Our team will prepare a customized proposal of service, customized to the unique needs of your business. There is no cookie-cutter template that we will try to confirm your business needs to.
Each proposal of service is unique to the needs and budget of your business
